Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Manage (the "Service"), provided by Two West, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Manage lets creators connect their own social accounts, view their analytics, and generate reports and a media kit from those analytics. Features and availability may change as the Service develops.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorized to connect any social account you link to Manage.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Substack), your use of that platform through Manage is also subject to that platform's terms, including the Meta Platform Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the TikTok terms. You authorize Manage to access your analytics from those platforms on your behalf, and you can revoke that access at any time. Substack has no official analytics API for your own stats, so for Substack this means its public feed, the exports you provide, and at most an approximate public subscriber count, not a live analytics connection.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of your content and your data. You grant Manage the permission needed to read, store, process, and display your analytics in order to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You control whether to publish a media kit or report through a public share link.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to access data you are not authorized to access, to misrepresent analytics, or to violate any connected platform's terms. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analytics depend on third-party platforms, which may change, delay, or restrict their data, and Manage does not guarantee the completeness or continuous availability of any platform's data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Two West is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
